About ICORE 2020

This conference provides a great opportunity to researchers, teacher educators, teachers, social scientists and professionals around the world for presentation of research based knowledge, experiences, new advancements, research results and innovations in the field of education. Besides the formal conference activities Educational Exhibition will also be organized for the participants.

The ICORE Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the 8th International Conference on Research in Education (ICORE 2020), organized by Institute of Education and Research , University of the Punjab, Lahore-Pakistan to be held on December 21-23, 2020.

Conference Goal: The Goal of ICORE 2020 is to provide a platform for researchers, academicians as well as other professionals from all over the world to share their research findings the areas of Education.

It is to support, encourage and provide an opportunity for young researchers to present their research, to network within the international community of other young researchers, scholors, practioners and teachers to seek the insight and advice of successful senior researchers during the conference.

The Zoonotic COVID 19 has shutdown human lives badly. The future education' systems scheme, the long-run well-being of learners, upcoming academic entrepreneurs’ identities, social and economic growth agents, and intellectual capital all are affected by this virus. As educationists, it is our professional obligation and commitment to develop our educational infrastructure with rigorous digital literacy curricula and equip teachers having new teaching-learning competencies, and personal and professional attributes to deal with the mental health of learners in this deteriorated state of crisis. COVID 19 flashes dominated with the breakneck reflection of hybrid challenges and opportunities in the lifecycle of humanities. The world is suffering from pandemic fatigue, which raised the death toll rate, trembling economies, destroying social activities, and hitting mindfulness at the workplace, even pausing the spiritual and religious rituals. As well, the hasty escalation of pandemic has pressurized the education sector and its stakeholders by disconcerting learning opportunities, disruptive psychological behaviors of students, risky decisions to stop dropouts, health problems, financial constraints to disinfecting measures, and the challenge of reopening the institutes. Moreover, there is time to redefine the notion of Lifelong learning in this calamity and train educators accordingly.
